The Photo Ethics Podcast

Podcasting microphone with cameras in the background. Overlaid with white texts that reads: "the photo ethics podcast."

This podcast is all about the ethics of photography. Each year since 2020, we have run one season of 12 episodes. In each episode, we hear from an accomplished photographer about what ethics means in their practice. We talk about how these photographers have handled challenging situations, we hear how their different experiences have shaped the way that they use their camera, and we ask the big questions to find out why they photograph what they photograph. We cover topics like consent, dignity, power, responsibility, impact, and collaboration. This podcast is hosted by Savannah Dodd, founder of the Photography Ethics Centre.
